WORTH IT ALL (THE MCKINNEY BROTHERS, #3)
BY CLAUDIA CONNOR
MY REVIEW
Claudia Conner gets better and better. Worth it All
brings us the elusive JT, who lost his leg in an accident but was able to
change his story into some good by providing cutting edge prosthetics to
people. The only problem is he is all work and no play, having blamed himself
for the accident that led to the loss of his leg. Paige Roberts is a single mom
trying to do what’s best for her young daughter. When the five year old decides
she is done wearing her prosthetic JT takes over and offers to make her a new
one that she will be comfortable with.
This was swoony sweet and I ate every little bit of it up.
It was very low angst, so if you’re looking for something that’s going to rip your
heart out this is not it. JT and Casey, the daughter, and super sweet together,
and I loved watching this strong guy who take care of her needs. Paige is a
single mom with a steel spine, and she tries to take care of her daughter as
best she can. She’s independent, and makes sure JT treats her as an equal.
There were appearances from the other members of the family, and it was nice to
see the whole family again. This is a series you don’t want to miss.
