MY REVIEW
It was fun to go back and read about the MC Sinners next
generation starting with Ava! She’s the daughter of the President, and gets
involved with the last person she is supposed to, a cop. Lucas and Ava’s father
have a bit of a history, but it doesn’t stop him from making Ava his. I LOVED
Lucas- he is an Alpha just like Jackson, Ava’s dad, and he comes in and
protects Ava in the way she always has been. Both Ava and Jackson are caught in
the middle of their own mess, with the only way out to rely on themselves.
This book was equal parts romance, sexiness, and grit, with
just enough of each to make me a happy girl. Seeing the rest of the gang was
great, and I sincerely hope there are more stories about the kids in the
future. I love a bit of mystery in my book, and something that comes full
circle. It’s not like a typical MC book, because Lucas is a copy, but there is
enough appearances by the MC (plus Lucas is kinda crazy) to make it read like a
typical MC book. If there was one thing I didn’t like it would have been all
the back and forth between the present and the past, but overall it was a great
start of this new spin-off, and can’t wait to read about the rest of the gang.
