HIM REVIEW
MY REVIEW
I
have been a face of Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy for a while, so when I saw
they were writing Him together I about died. This was a hot little story
about Jamie Canning and Ryan Wesley, two guys who met years ago at a hockey summer
camp. After not speaking to Jamie four years because Wes is worried Jamie would
never be attracted to him they meet up again unexpectedly, and the reaction is
less than stellar. Jamie is hurt, understandably, because he feels like he lost
his friend, and Wes is trying to figure out what happened. Enter Lake Placid-
the place where it all began and comes full circle in one unforgettable summer.
The
attraction between these two melted the pages, and I loved the way they
interacted with each other. From mysterious boxes to skinny dipping and
everything in between these guys had me rooting for them from the word go. In typical
NA fashion there was all the confusion about what to do with the rest of their
lives, but it enhanced their relationship as opposed to detracting from it.
Overall a great book, and I would love to hear more about these two!
